Roll and I am the owner and operator of this website.
I have 20 years of culinary experience and I am certified
as an executive chef by the ACF
(www.acfchefs.org) and the
Professional Chefs Association. (www.professionalchef.com)
I have launched The Aloha Bruddah's catering company to
create the highest quality organic all natural food for
my clients. I want to put my 20 years of experience to
work for you.
My unique background as a chef will allow me to tailor
make a menu for your catered affair. Because I am a sole
proprietor, I will be the only person handling all aspects
of planning the details of your catered event. My extensive
background includes notables such as Sapore Di Mare, East
Hampton NY, Mille Fleurs in Rancho Santa Fe, Tribecca
Grill, NYC and Della Femina Restaurant in East Hampton,
New York. To this high end restaurant experience I added
eight years as the executive chef at the Calvary Chapel
Conference Center in Murrieta Hot Springs Ca. After the
conference center I began my career as a culinary instructor

I also had a brief hiatus from teaching during this time
to open Bailys and Front Street Bar and Grill in Temecula
Ca.. As an Executive Chef @ the CCCCMHS I developed and
maintained an incredibly high food standard for our 30,000
guests a year and I have a very successful cook book,
It's Not Just Camp Food Any More (10,000 copies in print).
