Yield: 48 Bars
Ingredients:
1 c. Butter
1 c. Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. All-purpose Flour
1 c. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c. Pecans
Instructions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Beat butter for 30 seconds;
add brown sugar and beat till fluffy. Add egg yolk and
vanilla; beat well. Gradually add flour to beaten mixture,
beating constantly. Stir in chocolate pieces and nuts.
Press evenly in a ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake
in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Cut into bars
while still warm.
