White Albacore Tuna Salad

New York Style (and boy is it good!!)

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 cans white albacore tuna, in water, drained
1 c. Best Foods whole fat mayonnaise (there are NO other substitutions on this one)
1 c. celery, minced
1/2 c. red onion, minced
Juice of 2 lemons (approx. 2 T.)
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. onion powder
1 T. granulated garlic
salt and pepper

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well and chill. I HIGHLY recommend serving it on toasted sourdough bread with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sprouts and extra onions (if you're like me).

Note: One of my employees is a vegan, which means she eats no animal products whatsoever. She breaks the rule when it comes to this salad. It is her favorite.

Note for you West Coasters: On the East Coast, Best Foods is called Hellman's. Same great product.
